Hi,
Is it possible to export and import the Chabot in teams PVA.
Or is it possible to add topic from one Chabot to other.
If possible, how can we achieve the same?

Yes, you can export/import a bot from one Team to another one.

I am using Microsoft teams power virtual agent (Not PVA Web app). So is there a feasibility to export/import the developed bot from/in Microsoft teams PVA.

Yes, I know.
There are two ways to export/import bots across PVA.
1- PVA Web app (solutions within the Power Platform) - Export and import bots using solutions (contains video) - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs
2- PVA for Teams (dataverse for Teams, that I sent above) - Move customizations between environments - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs
