Hi, I'm trying to store data in MEDICAL_TRX (sharepoint) using Patch Function in onSelect button. But it did'nt work and nothing data has been stored in MEDICAL_TRX. So, what is the right coding to store the data ?

    @naziha1 ,

    I guess there is something wrong with Grade, Relationship, DependentName and ReferalAttachment. You refer to the control itself not to a property of it ( like Selected, Text, SelectedDate)
