Hi,
We have customers responding to our customer voice surveys (forms pro). We also have personalized data attached to them. I see there is a flow that gets triggered when a customer responds to a survey. I would like to retrieve that personalized information using flow, grab additional information from CRM then send it to someone. I was hoping that I could use CDS to get a record for the response as the data is there but I am having no luck with this. I believe the personalized data is stored in the context data field. Any ideas how to accomplish this?
