During the last few days, I see an increase in the issues with Excel connector reported here in the Community Forum - mostly a bad gateway issue, but I saw a couple of timeouts as well. I'm not sure about what can be happening, and according to some of the authors of these threads, the action just come back to normal after a few days.

Some steps that can solve the problem for the Bad gateway issue (and maybe for yours as well) are the following:

1-  Just remove and include again your Get row action.
2 - If it doesn't work, add a new connection to Excel. You can keep the same account, just authenticate it again.
3 - If it doesn't work, create a copy of this flow, and try to run it.

After you run these steps, please let me know about the results.

Let me know if it works for you or if you need any additional help!

Have you checked the Excel file to make sure defined tables still exist in the file? Based on your screen shot, it would indicate there are none in the spreadsheet.
