Where can I use Adaptive Cards v1.3?

Adaptive Cards v1.3 still wont work in Teams (as at April 2021), so where can I use an Adaptive Card with the isRequired input validation?

 

PS how can I 'follow' the Adaptive Cards community call – July 2020 updates for the roll out to Teams date?
