I'm trying to could and html screen so that I can create a pdf but im finding a problem passing the signiture into the html screen.
any help please ?

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
How do you create a HTML screen within your app? Using HTML text control?
Further, how do you create your signature within your app? Using Pen Input control?
If you use Pen Input control to create a your Signature, and then pass it into your HTML screen (may be created via HTML text control), I have made a test on my side, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.

An easy and multi-purpose solution is found to add pen-input to Sharepoint/Email/PDF by utilizing the addition of a PowerApps Json functionality added on 02/05/2019.
The Short description on how to make this work is to save the pen input image in a JSON format asking the JSON function to include Binary Data:
Set( PenVar, JSON( PenInput1.Image,JSONFormat.IncludeBinaryData ) );
