With the Quebec language laws in Canada, my org is very conscious of displaying text in French and English.
When using the "Send an email with options" function, when an email recipient clicks on one of the buttons they see the below message in English.

You can add an action to "Get User Profile" and return the user's preferred language, explained here:

Then you can use the preferred language to translate it to another, explained here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder/flow-text-translation
You can then use a condition or switch control for the text to be displayed in the confirmation page, or simply create a confirmation page that includes both languages.
