Office 365 Connector - Updates an email Draft message action

Hi,

Can anyone provide guidance on how to edit a draft email and add a hyperlink? I want to insert the string as a url as a "click here" type hyperlink,

The parameter of the action is :
"draftMessage/Body": "@{outputs('Pre_url_txt')}<br><p>This is a <a href=\"@{outputs('url_txt')}\">link </a></p><br>@{outputs('Post_url_txt')}",

this updates the draft email not with a clickable hyperlink but with the html code.

Thanks
Tim

    Hi @TW-15082117-0

Start here:  add "click here" text then click on the link icon and add https://community.powerplatform.com and save.

Next go into code view and replace the hard-coded url with your dynamic content value.

    Thanks both.

@trice602 - Thanks for this, I'll give this another go. I thought that's what I'd tried but will check after having a couple of days away from the issue.

@VictorIvanidze - Thanks for the suggestion, ill try GRAPHJ if I can't get tom's idea working.

Power Automate's built in actions for working with draft emails cannot use HTML formatting. They only work with plaintext messages. It's an undocumented limitation, unfortunately.

As Victor said, you'll need to use the Graph API to work with HTML formatted draft messages, either to update or create them.
