Approval Flow Error Attachment Name or Content Too Long

I am trying to create a flow that I manually trigger and put two attachment files in (an excel sheet and an email) and will go on to approval flow.

I am getting an error at the approval line of the flow that the attachment name or content is too long. This is erroring for both files I have in the manual trigger. I tested it with a blank word document, and it still says this.

Here is the error:

This is what I have in the approval line:

Inside of the attachment 1 expression is the email and inside of the attachment 2 expression is the excel file.

I would suggest you store the files in sharepoint or onedrive, create share links and add those to the approval...
I don't see a need to send the files.

Okay I could do that! Is there a way to add a sharepoint link to manually triggering a flow? There's no option in the manual trigger for sharepoint, but maybe there's a way around it.

I just tried to do it in OneDrive and it ran but the files came out corrupted..

I also tried to link the sharepoint to one drive and get them from there and the files were corrupted again
