Leave Request - Slot Availability

Hi,

I'm trying to create a condition where I can limit the user from creating a leave request if the slot for that day is already full.
1. If the position of the user is "T1".

2. If T1 users are more than 4 and date start is "1/1/2023".
3. Leave request prompt the last user slot is full.
