Create Planner Task from SP List ask Approver to input Assigned To

I have a SP List that I am using to create planner tasks. I could have a separate flow triggered on create item to ask Approver for Assigned to but I would like to have it input at the same time as approval. I have tried a few options but can't seem to accomplish it. Has anyone done something similar?
