Within my Power automate environment i can see the following issue in the flow checker:

Has anyone encountered this before and knows how to deal with this?

I haven't seen this specific error.

But a personal form can be converted to a group form. In that case the form will get a new location and a new form id. This will affect your flow setup. You need to update your flow setup as well, whenever a form is moved.

Do you know if that happened in your setup as well? Do you know what type of form is used in this setup (personal or group form)?

Hi @Expiscornovus thanks for your answer.
This form belongs to a former colleague (he is out of service now).
So i don't have the option to move it to a group (He made me co-owner but unfortunately i can't set myself as primary owner)
After he left the company the flow worked fine for a few months. I didn't change anything but now suddenly "the page doesn't exist"???

    Hi JD-19121004-0,
If you are a co-owner you can use collaboration to create a copy of the form (using Get a link to duplicate), then switch the flow to use that form, it should fix the issue.
