Layout of Records Gallery in Sidebar Container Keeps Changing

I generated an app from a Sharepoint list and it gave me a sidebar that looks like this:
 
 
But when ever I go back into the app to edit or I publish it and share it for users to use the layout changes to this:
 
In the edit screen I can get it to go back to normal by changing the fields back and forth but the published version keeps the issue with the layout. Any ideas on what I can do to keep it looking the same?

    Just realised the solution myself. I had to go into each item (title, body etc..) and set the border to none.
     
     
     
    Don't know why it only showed sometimes and not others though.
