Customized SharePoint Form doesn't get Data from Choice/Lookup Columns for Other Users

Hi Everyone,

I have a pretty strange thing going on that I'm not sure how to fix. I create a customized PowerApp form in SharePoint and some of the fields in the form are Choice or LookUp fields. When I try to fill out the form from SharePoint, I see all the choices and lookup values when I'm filling out my form and it works perfect. However, when someone else tries to fill out the form, they click on the DropDown menu to select something in a Choice or LookUp field, and there are no options.

Anyone run into this before or know how to fix it?

Hi @BenFetters ,

Is your Choice or Lookup field located on another list? You might want to check permissions on that list and see if it works.

Can they edit other type columns?

Do they just have the permission to read not have permission to write?
