I know there are many like this out there, but none of them solve my issue.
I am attempting to grant access to guest user to a SharePoint site (Visitor Permissions) using PowerAutomate. For the last two years I have manually granted access to guest users to the SharePoint site and was hoping to automate the process.
I have a form where I collect a person's email and the info gets stored into SharePoint list. Using PowerAutomate, how do I give access to the email that I have collected.
I've have tried HTTP request, which half worked. It works for emails that have been granted access to the site before. For tests, I deleted and re-added using the form. However, for some reason, when I tried adding a brand-new email, it doesn't work. I receive the following error:
3) use the 0365 add user to group and bingo they have instant access
Its the best policy instead of adding individual users all the time.
