User from organisation to upload file and email send to outside organisation - Can they access files if send as attachements?

Hello I have a form and a I have user from within my organisation - I want them to upload files then I want to send an email with the attachment they uploaded not sure if it is possible and how to do it?

    Hey @celine1802 

     

    You should be able to send emails with attachments. Just have a look at  - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fSeGEBEs-kA 

     

    If you are sending an email to a person outside the organization, you can try to "Enter custom value" in the outlook connector.

    Thank you it is not attachement but the files uploaded by users in the survey that are saved on my share drive wanting to send an email - the value is from the field form: student email and I have a question were they can upload files user from organisation) I want to insert in the body of the email the field value but not sure students outside of my group will be able to access
