Email notification to be sent out to list of people based on value in SharePoint list

Hi folks,

I have a massively complex question around a flow I need to create. It includes variables in a list (SharePoint). So if an item gets created with a certain value I need a notification to be sent to a list of people. I don’t quite know what the best way is to go about this because of the different variables and people who need to be notified 😭

    1) Create a SharePoint list

    2) Add a list item for each approver

    3) Query the list, concatenate the approver emails using a join action

    4) Send email with the Output of 3) in the "To" property

    Hi sudeep,

thanks for the reply. Perhaps I need to explain it better though:

I have a list which is essentially a job notice board (it is in SharePoint but people access it through an app) when they upload a role they include a discipline that is required. We have a fairly large business so we want to narrow down who gets the notifications so we have a list of line managers who have relevant resources. So I need to be able to create an if function for the discipline (I think)  and then get it to look up the relevant line managers. I have created an excel spreadsheet in table format which sits in the drive but not sure if that’s even possible or if I would have to manually upload each person. I need it to be as automated as possible as the list changes every month based on people leaving / joining. Does that make sense?
