Failed installation of PAD version 2.39.239

Cannot install PAD version 2.29.239. One of the last steps in installation is startup od Windows service "Power Automate services" which fails. It fails because startup of this services takes more then 4 minutes, and Windows installer stops waiting and fails installation. Service eventually starts running, but installer is already removing installed PAD program and I am left with a problem.

    There is an explanation on how to run the installer without starting the service (and then starting the service manually afterwards) under the topic called "Power automate service failed to start: Service account error".
