2I have a workflow that checks a date field. If that date field equals today, it changes another column to "start." A different flow looks for the "start" and if yes, it starts an approval workflow using Outlook with Options.
The challenge I am having is when there are multiple "start" items, it sends multiple emails for approval and I really only need one flow per record.
Any recommendations would be awesome.
