My Flow Connectors link is showing deleted Flows

Hi, all. I have noticed two phenomena into which I would like some insight:

First, I notice that if I'm using Chrome (my company made it the default browser), the "Connectors" page in Flow (us.flow.microsoft.com/manage/environments/MyCompaniesAddress/connections) will never render. However, it (usually) will render in IE. Additionally, while I've been aware of that for months, I noticed last week that it DID render in Chrome for the first time in memory; but after I cleaned the cache/cookies, etc, it no longer does (again.)

Also, when inspecting the list of connectors, I see that the "details" for some of them indicate it's being used for flows that have long since been deleted. Does this mean that someone dropped the "housekeeping" ball somewhere? How does one remedy that?

Also, what are the ramifications--if any--of having every MS Flow Connector I've ever played with continue to show up in my list of what I assume are considered "active connectors"?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi @mboonie ,

About #1, could you share a screenshot on it for better understating?

I am always using Chrome, if you click Connectors tab, a screen showing Popular connectors, Recently added connectors will be displayed. However, if you click Connections under Data, the page you mentioned will appear.

I’ve also tested with IE, the same results with Chrome.

About #2, as you mentioned, I am getting the same results. Please feel free submit a request on Flow Ideas Forum about this issue, I will help collect and report from my side as well:

About #3, do you mean connections you’ve created? You could check the Status of the connections, if they are Connected, then they are Active.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    Thanks for the quick reply!

I checked again today, and Chrome is still unable to render the page when I click on Data > Connections, although IE can. I can still see all of my flows, etc., but can almost never see the Data/Connections page in Chrome.Connections.png

And regarding the third point: I'm usually OCD about cleaning up and removing references to thing I no longer use or require, so I was wondering if anyone knew the pros and cons of leaving references to old connectors or connectors that I might not really even have access to.

    Hi @mboonie ,

From the image, it seems that the screen is trying load but cannot be loaded.

Could you check on a different computer?

Do other members in your company have the same issue when using Chrome?

You could also try with incognito mode to see if it works.

Besides, does your company have any restrictions on using Chrome?

As I am always using Chrome, the issue you mentioned never happened.

For your last question, if you leave old connectors, when using certain trigger or action of the connector, if the old connection is automatically selected, it will be confusing. In another word, an old connection might be used while you don’t know that.

    Best regards,

    Mabel
