I currently send out various emails to customers regarding order tracking, ESD, and other updates. However, I hear a lot that they never see these emails since they'll either go to spam or junk. Does anyone have any experience in this area and know a solution? Or is this out of my control? Thanks!
As far as I know, the only way to ensure this doesn't happen when it comes to external recipients is ... to ask them to ask their admins to whitelist the address you use for outgoing emails. Not a great solution, but I'm not sure I've ever seen any other resolution.
