I have a simple help desk app I am developing, but one big issue is that people often times send screen shots of their issue to me.  Email is sent to generic help desk email, then a flow copies contents to a sharepoint list.  But unfortuantely the screen shots are inline images and are saved as attachments which is what i am looking for input on how to handle in a Powerapp.

  • Is there a way using Office365 connector to reconstruct locally (in my Powerapp)?
  • or can I save message ID, then construct a "Launch ("...")" to open a specific message in OWA in browser tab? (I don't want to have to scroll to find specific message)
  • Any other ideas?

And input appreciated.

    Hi @mattbrice ,

    Do you want to use Office365 connector to reconstruct locally?

    Do you want to save message ID, then construct a "Launch ("...")" to open a specific message in OWA in browser tab?

     

    Based on the needs that you mentioned, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently。
