Hello,

I would like to create a Flow in Power Automate that sends a notification to the people in charge. I have a list with tasks, and in the column “In charge” there are the names of the people that have to work on this task.

Does anyone have an example how this flow could look like? It´s probably easier to do this with planner, but I don´t really want to migrate the data to planner.

I assume you are working with Lists from Sharepoint.
Have you then considered one of the following templates?

Hi @PowerA_rookie,

thank you for your fast response. I have tested it, but it notifys the whole Team. I only want it to notify specific people that are assigned to the task.

Thanks for the answer! Could you try with the Flow bot and write a direct chat, with the "Modified by Email" as the recepiant? 🙂
Then you should receive a direct message on Teams from Power Automate if you're the one editing the list or record chosen prior to this step.

Please let me know if it works or not.
