Hello All,

Could you do me a favor?

My scenario is

If the archive is yes, change it from yes to no and move it to another library.

My issue:

  1. Once I pushed the flow start button below(action), all the items started to change from Yes to No in the Archive.
  2. After updating the item in library1, when it was moved to library2, still the Archive was still ‘YES’, (It should be ‘NO’) even though it was No in the library1.

@happyyear, Please find the below steps for your scenario.

    1. Current: Triggering point of the flow is manual (Instant flow) ; Suggestion: you can use Automated Flow with the trigger "Record updated", Trigger Condition: Archive eq True.

    2. Get File (Properties only)

    3. Move File (to /0606 Library 2)

    4. If you wish to set the File metadata now you use the newly created item ID from previous step and use it.

@ArchitectMadhan Thank you for your help.

The reason I chose the manual trigger is that

    1. All the items will not be moved to another library.

    2. Users will select the item to move to another library. Is there any solution?
