Create table: The resource could not be found (404)

Hi! I have below flow. I need to run an Office script first. Getting the same file, I get 'Error (404); The resource could not be found.' I tried adding a delay but did not work. I can imagine the resolution is simple but can't figure it out. Do I need to save the file as another filename? Appreciate your help!

    This has been resolved. The resolution is indeed to copy the file and rename!
