Only receive email depending on condition not working

I've played about with some of the conditions and getting really confused

This is my latest try

ManagersName is only populated depending on the screen submitted. So not all records will have this column populated. EmployeeName will always have data in.

So I want those records that have data in both columns to have a mail sent out. At the moment still receiving Emails from all records.

Also the email is not containing all the necessary information still

Please can someone help ??????

Would I need to use an expression in the condition. If so what one and how??

See my example below. I assume that Employee is a required column and that your goal is to see if Manager has nothing in it.

Hi Scott,

Thanks for your reply. I keep forgetting to use the Expression function

My aim is if the SP column named ManagerEmail is populated then an Email is sent out if Blank then no email is sent.

So I assume the Send Email is correct under the If No heading??
