I have a Microsoft form, when a form is submitted, the response is recorded in a SharePoint list (which creates an item). When an item is created, I would like to update an item in a separate SharePoint list. How can I tell power automate which item to update. When I try to make the flow, all the items are updated. Do I need to make a unique identifier to relate the two lists? I hope this make sense.
