Approval Form - Review Box Question

Is there a way to shorten the distance between each step in the approval process? I had to add an additional step and want the steps to all fit on the page. If the bar is able to shortened this would fix my issue. 
 
Rectangle Shape formula: 
If(ThisItem.Step = 1, Parent.TemplateHeight - BadgeStatus1.Height - BadgeStatus1.Y, ThisItem.Step <> Parent.AllItemsCount, Parent.TemplateHeight, BadgeStatus1.Y)
