Hi all,
I am new to Power Automate, and am looking to create the following: Send an email every two weeks to contacts listed in one column of a SharePoint list. BUT: Some contacts are listed multiple times in the SharePoint column, and I don't want this flow to trigger multiple emails being sent to the same contact.
I am able to create a simple flow, but it sends multiple emails to the same contact (aka same contact email in SharePoint column 6 times? Then the user gets 6 email notifications).
Any help with screenshots, instructions, and describing the why behind each step would be appreciated. As a new user to this space, its been a lot to take in. I appreciate the help--thank you in advance!
