How to link Excel Table-form with Power Automate in Sharepoint

Hi all,

I have a general question. I created a form in Excel which I want my associates to fill in on a regular basis with their individual information. Then, I want to post it on SharePoint so that whenever someone opens it and fills it, the completed form to arrvive back to me with their information.

Can I do all this with Power Automate and how? Thanks

If you are using MS Forms, you could use the “When a response is received” trigger. It’s something named like that.

then you could do what you said with it.

@FLMike Hi Mike, unfortunately, it is not the answer I was hoping for. MS Forms is good but zou can create a table in it. That is why I created my form as table in Excel, then I wanted to automate the process with Power Automate.

Let me know if you have other alternatives.

@FLMike I know I can use Access to create the form and the automate it. Can you refer me to the right video tutorial/resource I can see how it's done? Thanks
