I could use a little help with understanding the UI and how to make the most effective use of it.
Here is an example of the kind of struggle I'm having.
I'm building a pretty simple flow that watches an SP list and sends an email.
I'm building an If statement to populate the from address and having issues. Not with the logic itself, it's just two nested Ifs.
My problem is with the UI.
I can successfully choose a dynamic value to insert in the first equals compare in the first If, but I can't make that same dynamic selection within any further equal or If comparison leaving me to manually type it frequently leading to errors because the UI SOMETIMES inserts () and/or [] where it wants them without my input. Leading to errors I then have to clean up.
Which leads me to my second struggle. Once that fx is saved into the step, I can't click on the fx in the field in the step.
Although it seems if I back out of the flow and click Edit again, I can then click on fx and see the function to edit it.
Overall, it's just a struggle and I'm wondering if anyone has some usage guidance.
Oh and here is another beef with Microsoft while I'm at it.
I build a flow for someone. I can't change the owner because it's an Owner's Plan flow.
I can't test it since the From: address in the flow is a group I'm not a member of.
I can't Send a Copy because it has email addresses and Automate thinks that's personal. I can't Send a Copy because it has failed and I can't send a copy because it's changed since the last save.
The limitations around sending copies of Flows to folks so they can own them and we can just walk them through small data changes are ridiculous.
