Excel file in Sharepoint is read only when following link in flow email. How do I allow editing by default?  I want anybody with the link to have edit permissions.

I am using "Link To Item" in the email as the link

Thanks!

Hi @JG4498 in your SharePoint document library, click the 3 dots next to the document (or the folder to set it for all docs in that folder), select Manage Access and then for your visitors make sure you have set the permissions to Edit.

    Hi @JG4498

Not sure this is a flow issue. This is the default behaviour of SharePoint.

    Look the below link please.

    Hi @JG4498 ,

As @RobElliott  said, this is not a flow issue, and you could refer to @abm 's steps to set the permission for the file.

    Best regards,

    Alice
