"No connection configured for this service" Error in PowerApps

Hello PowerApps Community,

I am reaching out for assistance with an issue that has been plaguing my model-driven PowerApp, which uses Canvas Apps with multiple Flows connected to Power Automate. Everything was working smoothly until the 20th of April, but since then, almost every user has been receiving the "No connection configured for this service" error.

We have tried various solutions found online to no avail. However, we discovered that adding users to the Power Automate flow as "Run only users" allows them to use the app again. This workaround is not ideal, as we have multiple flows and want our product to be accessible to every user without needing to request permission.

Some additional details that may be relevant:

I created the model app, flows, and canvas app, and was the sole updater until April 20th.
On April 19th, I updated the Canvas App with minor changes and with PowerApps Release 3.23041.11.
On April 20th, my colleague updated the app with minor visual changes and updated PowerApps to Release 3.23042.12.

Attempts we've made to resolve the issue:

Creating a new app with separate flows resulted in the same error, indicating the issue isn't specific to the original app/flows.
Recreating the flows did not resolve the problem.

Odd observations:

We monitored the events from the flows and noticed that they worked sporadically for one user not included in the "Run only users" list.
One user experienced no errors, despite not having any special privileges.

My goal is to restore the app to its previous functionality, where it was usable by everyone without any connection errors. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your support!

Best regards,

Marcel

    Hi @Srini007,

thank you, indeed I have already looked into this option. Right now the option is set to users, so the yellow semicircle with the triangle.

But is that really the problem to this error, as users are able to trigger the flow once they are added to the flow as "Run only". Also, how is it possible for one user to have partial access?

I will check if changing this option really changes anything, but there should be no change on April 20, and it worked before.
