Hi !

First of all I hope I'm not in the wrong place to ask for help and I thank anyone who will take the time to read and help me ;)So here it is, I want to :

  • Retrieve responses from a form associated with an excel file
  • As soon as a response is received, it is added as a line in my excel Sheet 2 (my first sheet is formatted and completed with this data by search formulas in Sheet 2).
  • I then ask someone for approval and once approved, by the same process I add the approver's contact details to my excel
  • I export it as a pdf and send it to myself by e-mail.

All this worked perfectly, my Sheet 1 containing the latest information received, but since yesterday the pdf file I get at the end of the program is the layout of the data from the previous test... I can't work out why 😕
However, in the pdf - Sheet 2, you can see that the last line has been updated with the last response to the Form. It's as if the PDF conversion had taken place between the time when the responses were added and the time when they are processed by the formulas that display them in Sheet 1, which seems absurd... The pdf bears the name of the last variable but does not contain it (red arrows) .

Thanks if you've made it this far, maybe it's just a silly error, but I can't see the point...
Any ideas please ?
Thank you a lot!
