Hello,
We have a business requirement whereby a third party application (Salesforce) uses Conga to create a lead generation button in SalesForce which is then configured to use X users OneDrive (The salesforce developer), when any sales person uses the button it is connecting to X users OneDrive rather than each individuals OneDrive account, so a shared folder in OneDrive.
There is a Flow in place currently which works fine, set up to my OneDrive for testing, it parses the filename and creates a folder structure in sharepoint from the filename and moves the file from OneDrive.
I heard that Flow doesn't support shared OneDrives but it does appear that if I share a root folder with the organization i can still select it in the Flow and it still works so if I was to remove my OneDrive connection in Flow and manually login user X then everything should be ok?
Thanks
Hi @AndrewSmith84 ,
I can't confirm this feasibility for the time being, but if you share the root directory, it seems that there is a security risk. You could try to do some similar tests to verify it based on your ideas.
Best Regards,
