Hi,
I have a JSON file. It is from an n8n process.
How can I convert it to JSON.
The content of the file in a text variable, but I need an object.

    You said you have it in a text variable so I assume it looks similar to this:


    And since you want it to be an object use "Convert JSON to custom object" -action.
    Like so:


    So it will look something like this:

    I think you are mixing two actions with each other. You seem to be using "Convert custom object to JSON". That means you already need to have customObject variable initalized for that action to use. And since you don't you don't get anything from the drop down list. And you mentioned you have the JSON in text variable so not as object. So you need to use Convert JSON to custom object instead.
