Hi flow-ers Smiley Very Happy

I am a real newbie, plese be patient Smiley Very Happy
This is a really great community!! Smiley Wink

Could someone please help me to set up the trigger and store these three variables?

trigger should be: Email is moved into a subfolder of inbox/123/xxx (the trigger should control all emails moved into a subfolder of inbox/123/)

then I have to create 3 variables:
1) create a variable named pro, where the name of the subfolder xxx (see trigger) is stored
2) create a variable named imp, where the first word of the e-mail subject is stored

3) create a variable named date, where the date of the e-mail (yyyymmdd) is stored

thank you very much for every kind of help Heart Heart Heart

    Hi @lybhy ,

    Right now, Flow does not support a triiger of "When an email is moved to a folder". So to achieve what you want for new incoming emails, you will have to create the subfolder and create a rule to filter emails that should go to your sub folder.

    Once that is done, you can use the flow in screenshot to get those variables.

    Expressions used:

    First word of subject: first(split(triggerBody()?['Subject'],' '))
    Date : formatDateTime(triggerBody()?['DateTimeReceived'], 'dd/MM/yyyy')

    Flow:

    folde.png'

    Hope this Helps!
