Hello!

I want to hide or unhide sheets in an Excel file depending on the user who opens the file.

Is this possible, and what could a potential solution look like?
I worked with VBA so far and there ists quite easy. I could not find a solution for the cloud version.

Thanks!
Martin

Thank you for you reply. I already used the Office Scripts to hide or unhide sheet - that is not the problem. But with office scripts you cant identify the user who is opening the file - as far as i could find out.

    So the quetion is:
How to find out the user who is opening the file.

    Thanks.

This is a forum for Power Automate. Your question cannot be addressed with Power Automate.

If you use Excel for the web, not in the app, and you can't use VBA, you may want to explore Office Scripts, which run in the browser.
