master workbook with all business units sheets

a country has a few business units

split into sub workbooks by country based on worksheet prefix

e.g.

countryA.xlsx = bu1_project, bu2_project

countryB.xlsx = bu3_project, bu4_project

exception: readme and dashboard are in all countries xlsx

Hi,

Power Automate Cloud, use the "Get rows" action to retrieve data from the master workbook, filter by business unit prefix, and create a new workbook for each country.

Copy the filtered rows into new sheets in country-specific workbooks, and ensure the readme and dashboard sheets are copied as well.

Power Automate Desktop, use "Excel - Launch" to open the master workbook, then use the "Excel - Filter" action to select sheets by prefix.

Create a new workbook for each country and copy the necessary sheets, including the common ones readme and dashboard. Save and close the country workbooks after processing.
