How to add the form url to an email response using Power Automate

Hi all

I have created a quiz in MS Forms and get notified of any responses as in the image below. This has a link to each quiz response.

Using Power Automate I have created a flow to notify others in my group of the responses, however the email that is sent does not include a link to 'View' the results and I am struggling to find anything to explain how to do this.

Can anyone help please before I tear out the rest of my remaining hair 😫😫😫😫

cheers

Paul

    Hi @Paul_IQPC ,

You can turn this setting on if you want users who submit the quiz to see their answers.

Please make sure the checkbox is checked before the user submits the quiz.

If you want to forward the email and let that user open the hyperlink ('View button'),  you need to Share to collaborate.

Hi Wearsy thanks for trying to help but this is not the issue. I am not trying to share the response with the user. I am trying to share the notification of a completed form with another team member who works with me. As I said, when I receive notification that a form has been completed , I get this response

    Paul_IQPC_3-1646670148397.png

    my 'flow' is below

As you can see, this works and notifies Matt that a response has been received but it does not include a link to the response in the same way that I receive it.

I have already added him to the Share to Collaborate section but he does not receive any notification (he can only edit and change the form) and that is why I created the flow in Power Automate

    Look forward to your response

    cheers

    Hi @Paul_IQPC ,

Yes, the form connector cannot get the link(email).

The best way is to forward the mail you receive to Matt.

As long as you added him to the Share to Collaborate section, when he receives this forwarded email, he can open the hyperlink to see the response.

So you could create a new flow . The flow's trigger is 'When a new mail arrives' .

You could add some conditions for this trigger so that only specific emails can trigger the flow.

    vxiaochenmsft_0-1646703798252.png

Then you will get the email body . You could forword this email to Matt or modify its body and send email to Matt .

    Best Regards,

    Wearsky
