One tenant has shared an Excel document with my customers tenant. It appears that the sign in fails unless my customer's user has Azure MFA disabled. ""dataflows aadsts50076 you must use multi-factor authentication to access 'https://powerquery ...""
The other tenant seems to have their own MFA requirements outside of what is done on our side. Disabling MFA for my customers is not a viable solution. I've seen various similar forum posts but none that seem to really solve the issue without making some exclusion to the security policy.
