Power Automate keeps running my flow Every few minutes

I setup a reoccurring flow to run once a week. my connector grabs info from a table in an excel file and sends an email out to each individual according to their name/email. With one flow, it seemed like it was crossing informatiion from the excel and sending out the wrong name/email combination as well as sending emails every few minutes. Any thoughts?

Can you once show the screenshot of your recurrence trigger? And show the screenshot of flow run history tab.
