Create Jira issue with Microsoft Forms response

Greetings,

 

We have been trying to create a power automate flow to create an issue on JIRA from a MS Forms response. We have created the API token on Jira to use as a connection, and this seems to be working fine. However when testing the flow we keep encountering the same error.

    Facing the same issue but could not ger a solution. Neither available in community form nor in the web sources. Can someone help with this issue
