Reply to a Teams Message when keywords are mentioned

I've hit a brick wall when it comes to getting Power Automate to reply to a message in a channel when certain keywords are used in the message. I can get it to reply as a new comment but can not work out how to get it to reply to the original message.

 

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
