PDF attached from SharePoint File location is when opened

I have created a flow that extracts a PDF from an email shared box. The flow then converts the PDF to a Word document. the word document and original PDF is attached to an email and emailed out.

Everything works perfectly. when the Word document is opened it can also be edited but when I open the PDF - it either returns and error or it's empty.

Can you let me know what I'm doing wrong?

    The flow seems to be done correctly. The PDF that does not open is the one you've sent via email or the original one?

    via email. I can download the one created on SharePoint and open it without an issue.

    @Tokyo99 I think you need to insert the File Content from the Get file content 1 action in your flow into the Send an email from a Shared Mailbox (V2) action.

    Ok, try to do the following:

    1. Instead of using the outputs from the Adobe PDF connector, use the output of the Get file content from the OneDrive connector;

    2. If this doesn’t work also with the outputs from the OneDrive connector, try to use the base64toBinary function to convert the output file content before sending it via email;

    let me know if this solved the issue!

    Also, if the file name does not have the extension, try to add it explicitly in the file name when you send it via email in the Attachments Name field

    I've made this change. I get this error doing it this way.

    What do you think I'm missing?

    @Tokyo99 Have you tried what @devtollon suggested? Using the base64toBinary() function to convert the output file content before sending it via email?

    @devtollon @creativeopinion

    The flow runs, ie I get the files created and it sends the email - however the pdf is still empty (the word doc is fine)
    I now get this error message. I've also tried adding pdf explicitly - unfortunately that doesn't work either.

    I've had a look at the application type is json not pdf. see attachment. Is this the problem?

    @Tokyo99 I just noticed that in one of your responses you said: I can download the one created on SharePoint and open it without an issue.

    In your Send an Email (V2) action you are attaching the PDF File created in your OneDrive (not SharePoint). Can you confirm that the file in OneDrive that you've created in this step of your flow (highlighted below) opens without issue?
