post message to teams when there is a vaule in a excel cell

I'm not sure how to do this. But what I'm trying to do is if there is an X in a cell I want a message to be sent to a teams channel. Can anyone help?

    @nlawrence19 ,

    1. Use the List rows in a table action to grab all rows in the excel
    2. Grab the cell value by using filters
    3. add a condition action and post the message

    I have the flow all set but I'd like to have a button or a link that I can add into excel to perform the run action for the flow.
