Hello,
But i'm still unable to find a working example of PowerApps to SAP BW connection and how to emulate it.
There is an SAP BW Connector for PowerBI. Is there a way to repurpose this for PowerAPPs?
Any advice is appreciated.

The SAP BW connector is not supported within PowerApps currently, if you want to create a connection to SAP BW connector within an app, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs.
As an alternative solution, you could consider take a try to custom a connector to call the SAP BW web service, and then pull data into PowerApps app. Please check the respone from PowerApps staff @EvanChakiMSFT within the following idea for more details:
