Hyperlinks overwritten when adding row into Excel Table

I am using the function "add a row into a table" and using the hyperlink formula =HYPERLINK("https://**********.sharepoint.com/***","Click Here") to create clickable URLs to SharePoint locations, data entered into the hyperlink column is overwritten by the last submitted data.

 

Please find the Screen Shot for reference.. 

Actual Behavior:

Expected Behavior is in Hyper Link column is 

CLICK_HERE_1

CLICK_HERE_2

CLICK_HERE_3

 

Any Suggestion on this..
