My flow is sending an email with options; when an option is selected, the email should transition the below confirmation message:
However, although the response is submitted correctly, the email doesn't change to reflect this.
i.e. stays like this:

Can anyone advise on why the email message is not updating after one of the options is selected? I've tried using both on-premise email and via browser but no joy.
Where the email message doesn't update, it causes some confusion for those who have to action many of these in one day.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
n.b. the flow uses more than just approve/reject options, so the "approval email" action wont work for this- it has to be the "send email with options" action.
