Passing Image From PowerApps to Flow

I have a flow which takes an image from PowerApps and stores it in SP. I am converting the trigger from PowerApps to PowerApps V2. I am getting the following error on File Content. The variable Picture is storing my image.  Any ideas? (It was working correctly using the V1 version of the connector)
